General Acknowledgments

This companion website for Analyzing Classical Form is hosted at the Schulich School of Music, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. The administration of the Schulich School of Music and McGill University have provided enthusiastic support—both financial and logistical—for this website.

Most of the audio content was recorded exclusively for this site in the "Music Multi-Media Room" at the Schulich School of Music by students and staff in the performance and sound recording programs. The orchestral excerpts were digitally simulated by Félix Baril, using the DOSIM system (Digital Orchestral SIMulator) created by Denys Bouliane. DOSIM is being developed further with support by McGill's Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music Media and Technology (CIRMMT) and is currently being tested as a pedagogical tool at the Schulich School of Music.
