GUIDELINES FOR FINAL ARTICLE SUBMISSION

For all authors:

For the final submission, we will require both source documents (MS Word or LaTeX) along with a (PDF or PostScript) version of the same document. This is because the document may need further editing to meet the publication medium's requirements. You may compress or package files before submission, if you want. Standard compression tools (Zip, BinHex, gZip,Tar) are all acceptable.

All submissions may be sent to NIME03

Please send any problems/comments to the NIME proceedings editor, Francois Thibault

For MS Word users:

You are required to use the WORD templates (NIME2003WordTemp.doc). While producing your document, make sure you use the appropriate style from the list provided in the formatting palette. Please, do not change the styles, or add any additional formatting that is not in the template (i.e. page numbers, margin notes, etc.).

For LaTeX users:

You are required to use the LaTeX templates available below. You can find assistance on how to use these templates at the acm website. Please, do not edit or add anything to the class file. Using the commands described in the document above should cover all of your needs.
