Virtual Audio Devices

While SynthBuilder can record to a sound file, the feature is disabled when unlicensed, making comparisons between the original and the STK port difficult. Since the emulator runs as an application, the synthesis can be captured as an audio source using a virtual audio device. I used the Loopback application [7] to record SynthBuilder in an audio editor, where it can be analyzed and compared to the output of the STK algorithm.
