Animation Options

When you choose this option, the following dialog box will appear:

Tracks:

The animation sequence can be made from a number of tracks. Please refer to the Animation Control section in the Java Player User's Guide documentation to see the effects of having multiple tracks.

Each track will be viewed as a separate row in the animation workspace. The number of images must be the same in each track.

 

Frame Interval:

The number of milliseconds to wait before the player flips to the next frame in the animation sequence.

 

Startup Behavior:

Specify the behavior required when the HotMedia file is being downloaded and played in the browser window.

 

No Animation:

HotMedia file will not animate during the download.

 

Step through and stop:

HotMedia file will animate once through the animation sequence and then stop.

 

Loop:

If the animation sequence is made up of images 1, 2, 3 and 4, the images will be played in the following sequence.

1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4-1-2……

 

Pingpong:

If animation sequence is made up of images 1, 2, 3 and 4, the Images will be played in the following sequence.

1-2-3-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-3……

 

Zoom Factor

Specify a factor between 1 and 99. A value of 1 will not let the user zoom into the image in the animation sequence, and a value of 99 will allow maximum zoom.
